We must continue cooperation in the field of water and glacier protection, take into account the consequences of climate change and reduce the risk of natural disasters within the framework of existing capabilities, take the necessary measures to strengthen international cooperation within the framework of the “Dushanbe Water Process”.
In strengthening, according to the words of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, we, the employees of the hydrometeorological sphere, need to act at a high level with double responsibility to implement the policy pursued by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
