Баъзан дар тақвим санаҳое ҳастанд, ки бо гузашти даҳсолаҳо аҳамияти худро гум намекунанд. 9-уми май маҳз аз ҳамин гуна рӯзҳост. Ин на танҳо як санаи таърихӣ дар китобҳои дарсӣ, балки қиссаи зиндаи ҳар як оила, дарди меросӣ ва ифтихори бузурги миллати мост. Ҳарчанд дар ҳудуди Тоҷикистон садои тиру тӯп шунида намешуд, аммо ҷанг ба хонаи ҳар як тоҷикистонӣ ворид гардида буд. Аз кӯҳистони дурдаст то водиҳои зарнисор беш аз 300 ҳазор ҷавонмард ба ҷабҳа рафтанд. Ин дар ҳолест, ки аҳолии онвақтаи Тоҷикистон ҳамагӣ тақрибан 1,5 миллион нафарро ташкил медод.
9-уми май дар таърихи инсоният ҳамчун санаи тақдирсоз сабт гардидааст. Маҳз дар ҳамин рӯз, соли 1945, Ҷанги Бузурги Ватанӣ бо шикасти комили фашизм ба анҷом расид. Барои мардуми Тоҷикистон ин рӯз на танҳо рамзи пирӯзии низомӣ, балки нишонаи фидокорӣ, матонат ва ватандӯстии бемисл мебошад.
Дар ҳоле ки мардон дар муҳорибаҳои шадиди назди Москва, Сталинград ва дигар ҷабҳаҳо қаҳрамонӣ нишон медоданд, дар ақибгоҳ занону кӯдакон низ заҳмати шабонарӯзӣ мекашиданд. Онҳо дар саҳроҳои пахта, корхонаҳо ва муассисаҳои истеҳсолӣ бо шиори “Ҳама чиз барои фронт, ҳама чиз барои Ғалаба!” меҳнат мекарданд. Корхонаҳои ҷумҳурӣ либос, маводи ғизоӣ ва дигар маҳсулоти заруриро барои фронт омода менамуданд.
Зиёда аз 100 ҳазор нафар фиристодагони Тоҷикистон дар майдонҳои набард ҳалок шуданд. Барои шуҷоату ҷасорати бемисл 54 нафар ҳамватанони мо ба унвони олии Қаҳрамони Иттиҳоди Шӯравӣ сарфароз гардиданд. Дар байни онҳо Неъмат Қаробоев, Тӯйчӣ Эрҷигитов, Саидқул Турдиев ва дигар фарзандони шуҷои миллат ҳастанд. Неъмат Қаробоев аввалин тоҷикест, ки соҳиби унвони Қаҳрамони Иттиҳоди Шӯравӣ гардидааст. Ӯ ҳанӯз соли 1940 барои шуҷоат дар ҷанги Финландия бо ин унвон қадрдонӣ шуда, дар солҳои Ҷанги Бузурги Ватанӣ низ қаҳрамониҳои зиёде нишон додааст.
Дар ҷанг на танҳо мардони тоҷик, балки занон низ фаъолона иштирок доштанд. Аз ҷумла, Ойгул Муҳаммадҷонова ҳамчун аввалин зани халабони тоҷик дар солҳои ҷанг зиёда аз 400 парвози ҷангӣ анҷом дода, борҳо техника ва мавқеъҳои душманро нобуд сохтааст.
Имрӯз барои насли ҷавон, ки дар фазои сулҳу оромӣ ба воя мерасад, ҷанг метавонад як воқеаи дур намояд. Аммо Рӯзи Ғалаба моро водор месозад, ки қадри сулҳ, субот ва истиқлолиятро бештар дарк намоем. Ҳар як гуле, ки имрӯз назди ёдгориҳо гузошта мешавад, рамзи эҳтиром ва арзи сипос ба қаҳрамониҳои гузаштагон аст. Ин рӯз ба мо ёдрас мекунад, ки маҳз иттиҳоду ҳамбастагӣ метавонад бар ҳама гуна бадӣ ва душманӣ ғолиб ояд.
9-уми май — ин иди бо ашк дар чашмон аст. Мо дар ин рӯз ба хотираи касоне, ки барои зиндагии осоиштаи имрӯза ҷони худро нисор кардаанд, сари таъзим фуруд меорем. Сулҳе, ки имрӯз дар Тоҷикистони азизи мо ҳукмфармост, идомаи ҳамон зафари бузурги соли 1945 мебошад.

On August 7, a new radiation mapping laboratory was officially commissioned at the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety under the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Kobiljon Khushvakhtzoda.
It was announced that the new laboratory is equipped with advanced computer software designed to generate accurate radiation maps using gamma imaging data, dose rate measurements, and GPS coordinates. These maps enable comprehensive monitoring of the radiation environment, ensure public and environmental safety, and allow timely response to potential radiation threats.
Academician Kobiljon Khushvakhtzoda emphasized that the opening of the laboratory is an important step in strengthening the national system of radiation safety. He noted that modern technologies and scientific research will contribute to improving the accuracy and efficiency of radiation monitoring.
It was highlighted that the laboratory will become a key component in the national CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) safety system and will support the implementation of state policy on radiation protection and environmental security. The Director of the Agency noted that the use of modern data analysis methods and geoinformation technologies will improve forecasting quality and reduce risks. The development of an Atlas of radiation maps covering the territory of Tajikistan is also planned based on this laboratory.
The official ceremony concluded with a demonstration of the software in action and samples of radiation maps, which will be used for analysis and the planning of safety measures.
MEETING WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE LANDTAG OF THE FEDERAL STATE OF SAXONY-ANHALT, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY
On July 1, the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Academician Kobiljon Khushvakhtzoda, held a meeting with Mr. Gunnar Schellenberger, President of the Landtag of the Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt, Federal Republic of Germany.
During the meeting, Academician Kobiljon Khushvakhtzoda warmly welcomed the distinguished guests and provided detailed information about the bilateral scientific cooperation and the priority areas of the scientific activity of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
The parties discussed prospective cooperation with representatives of the Parliament and institutions of Tajikistan, parliamentary activity, international cultural relations, and UNESCO world heritage issues.
It was emphasized that after establishing relations, cooperation would be strengthened in such areas as biodiversity conservation, agriculture, history, and energy.
Academician Khushvakhtzoda noted that within the framework of cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany, the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan established a Research Institute for Biodiversity Conservation based on its Center for the Development of Innovative Science and New Technologies. Within this framework, scientists from both sides will conduct research on biodiversity, glacier studies, and green energy.
The parties also paid special attention to the issues of foreign language education, training of specialists from among master’s students, PhD candidates, and their involvement in scientific institutions of the Federal Republic of Germany.
At the end of the meeting, the sides agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding between the Parliament of Saxony-Anhalt and the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan in the near future.
#NEW ACHIEVEMENT: THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF TAJIKISTAN SUCCESSFULLY PASSES INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION BY IAAR
Today, June 9, a working meeting was held in the hall of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan (NAST) with the participation of the President of the Academy, Academician Khushvakhtzoda Kobiljon Khushvakht.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan has officially passed international institutional accreditation, receiving a positive conclusion from the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR)—one of the leading accreditation agencies in the region, recognized in Europe.
It was noted that this decision was made during the IAAR Accreditation Council meeting held on February 12, 2025 (Protocol No. 92), based on the conclusion of the External Expert Commission. As part of a comprehensive assessment, all key areas of the Academy's activity were analyzed, including the development of educational programs, scientific research, digitalization, and international mobility.
IAAR is a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and is a registered participant in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR), confirming the international recognition of its standards.
It is important to note that in the practice of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating, accrediting an institution such as an Academy of Sciences—given its fundamental scientific orientation—is a unique event and is being conducted for the first time.
The agency recommended that the Academy strengthen its efforts in the areas of academic mobility, implementation of innovative teaching methods, expansion of scientific cooperation, transparency in educational programs, and digital transformation.
IAAR Director General, Ms. Alina Zhumagulova, emphasized that successfully passing international accreditation demonstrates NAST’s high potential and its readiness for international partnerships and participation in global scientific initiatives.
This significant achievement will open new opportunities for the Academy in terms of international recognition, attracting foreign partners, and generating new scientific projects. It will also strengthen Tajikistan’s position within the global scientific and educational community.

Today, May 14, on the sidelines of the Forum of Creative and Scientific Intellectuals of the CIS Member States, the opening performance of the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra in 2025 was held at the Sadriddin Aini State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.
The performance was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Dilrabo Mansuri, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht, Chairman of the Board of the CIS Youth Orchestra Polad Bulbuloglu, Co-Chairman of the Board of the CIS Youth Orchestra, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvidkoy, heads of scientific institutions of the CIS countries and more than 200 representatives of the countries of common interest.
We would like to remind you that the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra was established at the initiative of the Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund of the CIS member states. The orchestra first gathered in November 2007 in the capital of Kazakhstan – Astana – to participate in a concert dedicated to the II Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS member states. The concert program was conducted by People’s Artist of Russia, Kazakhstan and Tatarstan Fuat Mansurov.
It should be noted that the position of the Youth Symphony Orchestra – Azerbaijan and Armenia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan is expanding from year to year. The orchestra’s concerts have been held in the UN General Assembly Hall in New York and at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
This orchestra has been performed by renowned conductors from different countries – Yu. Simonov, M. Gorenstein, V. Spivakov, R. Osmonaliev, A. Kabdurakhmonov, V. Valeev, and many other prominent musicians from the Commonwealth of Independent States.
At the same time, since 2019, the orchestra has been led by People’s Artist of Russia, winner of the Stars of the Union Award, Sergei Skripka. In Dushanbe, the conductors will be accompanied by maestro Rasul Klichev, artistic director of the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan, and conductor Konstantin Naumenko, conductor of the Zhukovsky Symphony Orchestra. It should also be noted that Tajikistan is represented in the orchestra by conductors Daler Tilloev and Alisher Oliev.
The symphony orchestra traditionally includes young musicians from the CIS countries, winners of prestigious music competitions. The concert program in Dushanbe includes famous classical music works by Russian, Tajik and foreign composers.
It is worth noting that the Youth Orchestra is one of the prominent projects of the CIS, the purpose of which is not only concert activities, but also to provide young musicians with a unique opportunity to communicate with outstanding conductors and outstanding masters of orchestral performance from all CIS countries.
In addition, in all countries where the orchestra performs, a diverse cultural program is prepared for young musicians.

Gerasimov in Tashkent.
The winners of the “Stars of the Commonwealth” award in the nomination “For outstanding contribution and achievements in the field of science and education” are Muhammadyusufi IMOMZODA – academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, professor of the Department of Persian-Tajik Literature of the Tajik National University, and Aziz ALIEV – professor, rector of the Baku branch of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I. Sechenov.
Also, Tugelboy KAZAKOV – People’s Artist of Kyrgyzstan, Chairman of the Commission on State Awards, Chairman of the Union of Musicians was recognized as the winner of the award in the nomination “For outstanding contribution to humanitarian activity”.
It should be noted that the “Stars of the Commonwealth” award is awarded annually to representatives of the CIS countries for significant achievements in the field of humanitarian activity that correspond to the level of world achievements and have contributed to the development of each CIS member state and as a whole. The amount of the award is 2 million rubles. This year, 15 candidates from 8 countries competed for the top prize.
