The Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe, honourable Rustam Emomali, together with the heads of parliaments and heads of parliamentary delegations of friendly countries who visited Tajikistan to participate in the International Inter-Parliamentary Conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, as a sign of respect and paying tribute to the past of the Tajik people, laid a wreath at the foot of the statue of Ismoili Somoni.
